Children, Holidays

This is a wonderful picture book for kids. After reading this picture book, children will look forward to Christmas Eve and the magic that comes along with the holiday. What is even more splendid is that the illustrations are so vivid and bright that it will get kids ready for Christmas as soon as they read the book. Everyone knows how busy Santa is on Christmas Eve and how many preparations he has to make so that he could visit all the homes and leave presents for all the good boys and girls he visits. He makes his list and checks it twice and makes sure his team of elves brings magic dust along to sprinkle on the roof tops. It is a magical time for everyone, of all ages.

It is important to remember to leave some delicious Christmas cookies and milk on the table for Santa when he visits. That will be a reward for all his hard work. This book shows how exciting Christmas can be for young and old.

There are also some fun activities for kids at the end of the book. There is a section for children to write their Christmas memories so they can remember them many years down the road, a fun reindeer food recipe to make sure the reindeer can find your home, and a scramble word game to find Santa’s secret code.

What a great book for kids!  I will be encouraging my friends to purchase this picture book for their kids this Christmas.
