“Travels with Grace” is a charming tale of a bicultural, bilingual girl growing up in one of the largest cities in the world. Grace and her family take cousin Connor, who is visiting, on a tour of some important sites, and they learn about history, culture, food, and language. The illustrations are beautiful and colorful. My children loved learning about some of the history of Mexico City through this travel story, and as a parent it made me reaffirm my travel goals with my children. It is so important to take children to museums and other historical sites. And this has also made me set higher goals for learning a second language with my children. I highly recommend this book.
