Debra, R.D.H. grew up in Lyndhurst, Ohio. She has been passionate about cooking since she was a little girl. Debra has dedicated her 1st book: AbracaDEBRA’s…Enchanted gifts & recipes from the heart to her special mother Rosemary Wilburn. Debra's love for dogs was the incentive to write her second book. She lives with her husband Dennis in Willoughby, Ohio.
