Jennifer Francisco

Jennifer has two children and has been married to her husband for 22 years. Her husband Michael was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when he was 29 years old and it has changed their life. Inspired by Michael's journey, Jennifer thought that it was important to do something to get the word out about this disease.
