Rafaela Cruz Hernandez, L.L.P. Vice President & International Sales Rafaela brings much talent and expertise to HPI. Her role is expanding our office to Mexico and building retail business in Mexico and promoting HPI Internationally. Rafaela can been seen on Bionatura's national morning program with Dr. Abel Cruz.
Kristin Maurice Editorial Director A long-time freelance Editor for HPI, has recently been promoted to Editorial Director. Kristin came to us with a very impressive resume having worked in the publishing industry for the past 18 years for the country's two most influential newspapers, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. She also holds a bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a Master's in Business Management.
Christine Folgmann Publishing Consultant Christine has been in marketing and executive coaching for over 15 years; expanding product and service reach and coaching executives on generating greater profit revenues in their respective industries. Previously she served as a Freelance advertising copywriter. She holds an Undergraduate degree in Journalism from California State University of Fullerton. Christine's expertise in marketing will assist upcoming Halo Author's in their expansion nationally and internationally.
VS Grenier Editor Virginia Grenier was voted one of the Top Ten Editors of 2007 by the Preditors and Editors Reader’s Poll and also won Second place for your article, “Yes, Virginia, There IS a Santa Claus” in the Preditors and Editors Reader's Poll for Best Nonfiction of 2007. Grenier learned how to hone her writing skills at the Institute of Children's Literature. She's also a member of SCBWI.
Doug Schmidt Editor After 17 years as an editor with a major Christian publisher, Doug launched out on his own as an independent publishing project manager. His current clients include Zondervan, Christianity Today, Inc, NavPress, David C. Cook, Standard, Wiley, and others. Doug has degrees in Biblical Studies and Systematic Theology from Wheaton College and Trinity Seminary, and is the author of two books. He’s also on staff with his church as a small groups coach.

She also has written hundreds of human interest feature articles. Pat is a native of Akron, Ohio and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Akron.
Diana Donlon (a.k.a. Diane Youngblood Donlon) Editor and Author Diana is a *three-time award winning children's author and songwriter. A former teacher to kids in preschool through high school, Diana has taught dance, music, physical education and writing. She has been involved in the publishing industry since 1997.
Rocio Gomez Spanish Translator Rocio is a certified Technical, Scientific and Literary English-Spanish translator and an EFL Teacher from Rosario, Argentina. She is currently attending the second year of a postgraduate course in Translation on the School of Humanities and Arts at the National University of Rosario. In addition, Rocio has been teaching General Translation I to first year students since April 2006. She also works as a volunteer translator for the International Children's Digital Library."
Neysa CM Jensen Editor Neysa is a writer/editor with more than 20 years of experience in all areas of publishing, from books to magazines to publicity. She regularly writes magazine feature articles, young adult novels, and recently was commissioned by the state of Idaho to write the lyrics for a musical composition commemorating the rededication of the state capitol. She is a meticulous and thoughtful editor who always strives to maintain the author's voice and intention.
Pam Halter - Editor Pam Halter is a children's author/editor and former home-schooling mom. She has been writing her whole life, but since 1994 for publication. Pam has published picture books and has devotions in several compilations. She teaches writing workshops for schools, home-schooling groups and writer's conferences, and hosts a blog about writing fantasy. Pam is on staff and faculty for the Greater Philadelphia Christian Writer's Conference and is a panelist for The View 2 (a yahoo group for beginning to intermediate writers.)
